S&R HQ is a private business application built and operated by S & R Cleaning Services LLC ("S&R") to run its own commercial cleaning operations. This agreement governs every use of S&R HQ.
S&R grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use S&R HQ only to people S&R has invited: its own personnel, and client contacts of businesses S&R serves. The application is not offered to the public and no other license is granted.
Use S&R HQ only for its intended business purpose and only under your own account. Do not share credentials, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt to access records that are not yours. Client users may view only their own company's information.
S&R HQ, its design, and its business records remain the property of S & R Cleaning Services LLC. QuickBooks and related marks belong to Intuit Inc.; S&R HQ's QuickBooks connection reads S&R's own accounting data under Intuit's terms.
S&R HQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, S & R Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
S&R may suspend or end access at any time. Sections 3 and 4 survive termination.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
