S & R Cleaning Services LLC ("S&R", "we") is a commercial cleaning company in central
Illinois. This policy covers this website and S&R HQ, the private business application we
use to run our own operations, including its connection to our QuickBooks Online account.
Information we collect
- Website inquiries. When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect
what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, company, and details about your facility.
- Operations data. Inside S&R HQ we keep the records needed to run a
cleaning company: schedules, work records, and client account information for the businesses we serve.
- Our own accounting data. With the owner's authorization, S&R HQ reads
financial reports from our company's QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's official API.
This is our own bookkeeping data about our own business, not customer financial data.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, and provide cleaning services.
- To schedule crews, track quality, and manage client accounts.
- To keep our books accurate — accounting data from QuickBooks is used only for our own
financial reporting, job costing, and tax planning.
Storage and security
- All data moves over encrypted connections (TLS).
- Data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. QuickBooks connection tokens
are held server-side only and are never available to any browser or end user.
- Access to business records inside S&R HQ is role-restricted; clients see only their own accounts.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share our accounting data with
third parties. Data is handled only by the service providers that host and operate our systems,
and disclosed only if the law requires it.
QuickBooks connection
Our QuickBooks Online connection is authorized by the company owner and can be revoked at
any time from the QuickBooks account or from within S&R HQ. We retain the report snapshots
the connection produces as part of our normal business records.
Retention and your choices
We keep business records as long as we operate and as tax and accounting rules require.
